NGC 4651
About this image:
NGC 4651 is a spiral galaxy located in the constellation of Coma Berenices. This member of the Virgo Cluster, located on its periphery, is known as the Umbrella Galaxy due to the umbrella-shaped structure extending from its disk to the east and which is composed of stellar streams, being the remnants of a galaxy smaller that was torn apart by the tidal forces of NGC 4651.

Mount: Celestron AVX
Camera: Canon 60D unmodified
Guiding: 60mm guide scope with orion starshoot
Dates: Febuary 27 through April 26-2022
Location: Taken at my Backyard observatory in Northwest Mo.
Exposure details: 10.7 hours 4-minutes subs, ISO-1250 no calibrations frams
