NGC 7129 / Open cluster
About this image:
In this image we see a reflection nebula known as NGC 7129 and a open star cluster known as NGC 7142. To the center left is NGC 7129 is a young cluster less than 1 million years old with bluish dust clouds that reflect youthful starlight. To the center right is NGC 7142 the open cluster of stars about 6,200 light-years away. This is all in a molecular clouds in our Milky way galaxy you can see the reddish in the image.

Optics: 8" f/3.9 Orion Newtonian Astrograph with coma corrector
Mount: Celestron AVX
Camera: Canon 60D unmodified
Guiding: 60mm guide scope with orion starshoot
Dates: November 29/2021 through December 4-2021
Location: Taken at my Backyard observatory in Northwest Mo.
Exposure details: 6.8 hours 4-minutes subs, ISO-1250 no calibrations frams
