About this image:
Ngc 1333 is a reflection nebula in the constellation Perseus nearly 100 lightyears away. This is a region of active star formation, while the bright blue is a reflection nebula from starlight reflected by interstellar dust, and the dark clouds were no stars shine through is known as Barnard 205. This chaotic environment may be the same as our Sun formed in 4.5 billion years ago.
