M106 Spiral Galaxy

Spiral galaxy M106, 22 million lightyears from earth. gravitational interactions with nearby galaxies caused it somewhat warped shape. as well triggered a bout of star formation throughout its extent.

Camera: Canon 60D unmodified
Guiding: 60mm guide scope with orion starshoot
Dates: June 12 through 15-2021
Location: Taken at my Backyard observatory in Northwest Mo.
Exposure details: 7 hours 4-minutes subs, no calibrations frams
