The Iris Nebula
Image Details:
Iris nebula lies in the constellation of Cepheus at a distance of about 1,400 light years. We see the gentle wisps of dust and gas mainly by reflection of light from the brilliant star within.

Optics: 8'' inch SCT
Mount: Celestron AVX.
Camera: Canon 60D prim focused
Guiding: Orion starshoot auto guider 60mm guidscope
Date: October 20-2016
Location: Taken at my backyard observatory in Northwest Missouri
Exposure details: 17x180sec ISO-1250 RAW
Processing: Images plus (TRNT, combined 2 image using add till i got 9 then added the 9 with average, digital develop, brightness levels)
Photoshop cs5 (Levels, color balance, Highpass filter, unsharpmask)
